Good points first - excellent price and value for money in the winter. We've been using Cophall for over 40 years and their prices are good!Sadly the level of service and dropped - and I notice they've also ditched the "Service with a Smile" banner. Gone are small vans with the driver helping you with the luggage, (and yes smiling) gone is the welcoming staff at the desk. When we parked up ready to go, only one person at the desk who insisted that I needed to have the luggage at the door before she'd accept the key, nor how long we'd have to wait for the bus to leave (nearly 20 minutes), nor which terminal first. None of this was a problem. Since you asked for a review I'm very happy to write one, albeit disappointed with the service. BUT let's get this in proportion..Disappointing service, good price. Your priority.
