I recently used your parking service at the airport and I just want to say it was an excellent experience from start to finish.Pick-up was right on time, and the drop-off back at the airport was just as punctual, which made my journey completely stress-free. The price was very reasonable for the level of service provided.The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout. Best park and ride

Easy booking, we have used Cophall park and ride before which is why we have booked now. Arriving, checking in and transport to terminal all straight forward and speedy. Return from holiday from airport to car literally 20 minutes. Car ready to leave site. Best park and ride we’ve used

Repeat customer

Repeat customer, always competitive prices, cars always safe. Only comments I would have is that the buses are quite old and rattly and that the service did suffer when it was taken over by Maple Parking but the bugs seem to have been corrected now.

Disappointing customer service

Parking arrangments went fine- until they didn't. No problem with the outward leg. On the return, we got back to the car park having phoned about half an hour earlier. We were then told that our car would be with us in a 'couple of minutes'. No further information was given as 10, 20 and 30 minutes went by. Eventually we were told they were just going to get it and they were 'short staffed', even though another busload of drivers had arrived and picked up their cars. Mistakes happen but what is so annoying is the really poor customer service and the fact that noone has bothered to be in touch since the incident, in spite of my filling in a complaint form.
