The machine doesn't heat up, no matter what I try. Looking at the wires it seems the hot end connection came damaged. I contacted service for help to which I just continously got run around with the same 4 links to "try". I am trying to return the product as after 2 weeks there has been no help, and now I have to pay to send it back.
Worst company every. Awful service. I will never buy from them again.
I ordered during their end of year sale. As with many other reviewers, expected the delivery as estimated on the website, but experienced an extremely long delay with no communication. I emailed, was told they were having shipping disputes and it would be shipped as soon as possible. I received no further updates until it shipped 2 months later. I was excited to finally receive my order and install the equipment I received. I pulled apart my printer and began the process only to find that I was missing the PFTE holder pieces to the 8-in-1 module. I have emailed multiple times to several different addresses i found on their website. NO RESPONSE from ANY of them! I have reassembled my printer and continue to look for options to use the module. The pieces are not available on their website separately, and there is no description as to what can be used, so I would be forced to buy a full replacement module just to get the PTFE holders. I would be happy to attempt to complete the installation, given the option. I only want to have the pieces. Had I not destroyed the boxes, I would have returned the product. Now I have to buy products from other companies in order to find a possible solution. This has been a huge waste of time, energy, and -so far- money!
I contacted the support team while installing my kit, as the password for my device was incorrect. The response was quick, effective, and very helpful. They accessed my system remotely, corrected the password, and updated my kit. Overall, a fantastic experience 10/10.

Bunyamin is truly outstanding! He was incredibly patient and dedicated to helping me. Despite my frustration, he managed to get a test print working, but I still don't understand why nothing else functions or why the filament won't feed. I'm requesting a refund due to the time lost, as I can only use the printer by reverting it back to a single color setup. It's been quite disappointing.
After struggling for weeks to get my printer working with the system, I finally reached out for tech support. The representative logged into my system and had everything running smoothly in under an hour, even setting up the slicer for me. I wish I had contacted them sooner.
