My experience with Corelegal at Stockton has been good. The sale completed 31st October, the process took nearly six months. However I'm led to believe it was our buyers solicitors that slowed the process down. Katie Ayton handled the sale. She responded to all communications with a friendly but efficient manner and usually quite promptly. Reception staff were friendly and efficient too on the two occasions I visited the office and also over the telephone. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Corelegal.
We had a fantastic experience with Core Legal for our sale and purchase of property. We were able to communicate via telephone and also have responses to our emails and questions which is always very appreciative during a stressful experience of a sale and purchase. Matt helped us enormously with an escalation we had due to a delay on the sellers side which was rectified in less than 2 working days. Would definitely recommend.

We are first time buyers therefore the conveyancing process was unknown to us. Matthew Dickenson from Core Legal managed our case. He dealt with our case quite well, although we would have liked to have had more contact with him, his co-worker Vivi kept us in the loop as much as we chased for updates. They moved things along at pace and always endaveoured to get back to us at the earliest opportunity available.
