The service from the casino host has been incredibly disappointing. The representative is unresponsive and shows no interest in assisting customers. It’s unacceptable that someone with such poor service is allowed to work in this industry. The occasional call, where they try to be friendly, does not make up for the lack of communication and care. If you find yourself with this host, I suggest looking elsewhere.
