We carpeted our entire house in December 2023, but loose threads appeared immediately. An inspector confirmed the carpet was faulty. We had to re-carpet in May 2024, yet the company refused to cover fitting costs despite the issue being theirs. By October 2025, more loose threads appeared, and the same inspector stated the carpet was faulty again. He advised negotiating an upgrade. A complaint was made through the supplier, but the company only offered to replace the carpet without fitting costs or proper compensation, leading to a void warranty for similar complaints. I requested this in writing, but they refused. They even sent an unpleasant email denying any issues or upgrades. The company refuses to take responsibility for their poor quality carpets, misrepresents inspector reports, and expects customers to pay fitting costs for their defective products. I recommend avoiding this company entirely, as their customer service is virtually nonexistent.
