We used Cornerstone for a Level 3 survey on an 1800s property we are purchasing. We had a great experience, from booking to receiving the final report. Merrigan was super in organising the survey and Rhys conducted an incredibly thorough and professional survey and report. Rhys also called prior to issuing the full report to provide us with an overview which was incredibly helpful and he is super at breaking things down and explaining what everything means. Rhys has answered a lot of questions we had around the property and it's maintenance showing his expertise in older properties and we would highly recommend Cornerstone to others looking for an experienced surveyor who want a professional and friendly approach.
We used Cornerstone recently for a survey on a 175 year old Victorian farmhouse we are purchasing and have been very impressed with the quality of the survey and advice. Initially I called up and spoke to Merrigan who assured me that they were happy and used to dealing with such properties. Rhys went out to do the survey and exactly 14 days later we had a lengthy and thorough Level 3 Survey back for us to go through. Rhys followed up with a phone call to discuss the survey both generally and to pinpoint a few areas and he has given us peace of mind that we know what we need to do after we have moved in to our new property.
