Rhys has been so helpful from the very first phone call. His knowledge and expertise about older properties have been of huge value as its helped us to highlight some big issues with a house we are buying. Following the survey Rhys called us and went through the details verbally so we didn't need to wait for the report. This allowed us to get a structural engineer in without delay. When the report came through, it was amazing how detailed it was and Rhys has been responsive to our queries and questions since completing the survey.Can't recommend enough!

As a first time buyer looking to buy an old property, I was looking for a survey company that would not only do a great job but also give me the customer service and support I knew I needed. The conveyancing process when purchasing a house is stressful enough as it is, add to that doing it in a second language and it's easily daunting. First time buyer, I wanted a good quality survey that was clearly not a copy and paste job. Cornerstone surveyors absolutely delivered that above and beyond!They were clear in communication, I got a phonecall the same day the survey was completed with the headlines of what was going to be on the report. The report came before I expected it and was incredibly detailed. Clearly a lot of knowledge, experience and care went into writing it.You will not only get good quality information on your house of purchase, you will get welcoming and kind customer service and clear guidance on what to do next.I would recommend them to a friend and to anyone who needs a survey done! I was always kept informed of everything, including the date of the survey, initial verbal feedback after the survey was completed, and timescales for production of the report. In the office Merrigan is very efficient and helpful, and Rhys (who did the survey) has attention to detail and was happy to take follow-up calls to discuss his findings.
I had a level 3 survey completed by Andy. He sent me a message explained his findings as I am not available to make a phone on the next day.Then I received the report in 2 weeks, the report is detail. Andy answered all of my questions clearly when I sent them messages via portal . Also, the admin - Merrigan responded quickly during the process. Thank you so much.
