Rhys did a structural survey for me which was extremely thorough, it was obvious he had carefully examined all aspects of the house in great detail. The survey gave me a very good understanding of the house condition and structure, plus all necessary work required at the house. Rhys meticulously went over all aspects of the house and stayed at the property many hours longer than the average survey time.
On a personal level Rhys is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful, he dedicated a lot of time to making sure I understood everything I needed to know about the property.
I would definitely highly recommend Rhys and will return to Cornerstones for future surveys.
