Absolutely PERFECT service and worth every £!We found this company just by researching the local companies online for a survey on our first home purchase. First of all the website looks very professional and up to date and is actually working (not like many other companies). The contact was fast, helpful, and very professional. We have been contacted a week prior to the survey if we have any specific areas we are worried about. Then a day beforehand just to double-check. All very friendly and professional staff. We decided to go for the level 3 survey as we wanted to have peace of mind with the purchase and it was a good choice. We received a Detailed report with over 80 pages of important notes supported with photos and suggestions. We are planning to contact Andy with a few follow-up questions, but I'm in no doubt that he would be anything else than happy to help.Overall definitely if you need a house survey there is no need to look anywhere else.

We contracted Cornerstone Surveyors for our house purchase in Cirencester for both a homeowners survey and a valuation. We're extremely happy with both. Our experience with Cornerstone Surveyors was brilliant from start to finish - Rhys was very proactive with getting the survey booked in and after chatting on the phone we felt really confident in his experience with surveying older properties. We chose a Level 3 RICS, and the report was so thorough and detailed.
