I am writing this review about Alessandra Braga in your Burlington Massachusetts location.
Since the first day I met Alessandra she has always been polite, warm, and welcoming! She always has a smile on her face and is ready to assist me with my order! She is extremely patient with me and has always gone above and beyond to provide me EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! She is an asset to CEI and I look forward to working in the future! I give her and Jacob (branch manager) five stars because they work extremely well together as a team!

Currency Exchange worked diligently to get my currency here before my trip to Costa Rica. Unfortunately the delay was due to the ice and snow across the country. Although the exchange rate was about equal to the airport, the convenience was brilliant. I will definitely use them again.
Always a great experience. Very fast and efficient service. I have used them, for all of my international money. I like walking into another country with money in hand. Ease of mind upon first arrival in another country. You also know upfront what the exchange rate is going to be.
Appreciated that the fee for picking up currency at a local branch was just $3, although the rate was more than 1% lower than the actual exchange rate. However, when I arrived at the branch during their posted regular hours, I was informed they were in a shift change and I would need to wait 15 minutes. While I may not fully grasp the workings of a currency exchange, if the hours indicate they are open, waiting for a shift change seems unnecessary. There were three staff members present at the time.
Today was a horrible experience at the Citadel outlet location on 11/8. The lady in charge was taking a break when I arrived at 12:10. I waited for her return before 12:30, but she was on the phone the entire time and had no plan to hang up. Despite waiting for 10-15 minutes in line, even though there was no line, she was not friendly or professional enough to inform the customer or acknowledge their presence. Instead, she accused me of taking a picture of her, when I just wanted to take a picture of the company's logo or name. Besides, there was no sign that no pictures were allowed. She was on the phone the entire time, so I ended up leaving at 12:40 for nothing. This company should improve its customer service training instead of allowing customers to wait and attend to phone calls. If she's busy on the phone, whether it's business or personal, customers will be as well. Customers don't want their time to be wasted like hers.
