My shampoo & conditioner came the shampoo wouldn't lather so I spent more money to get the detox shampoo it arrived quickly but no dispenser so I can't use any of them I'm not happy because I want to send the detox back but the reply to me was they acknowledge my email but are behind with their replies it could take 4 or 5 days to get back to me so I won't be buying anything from them again
Been using shampoo & conditioner since October 2025 until today February 2026 thoughs I’ll give it a trial & time to get a better results and in overall all I can say is it’s not work for me and it’s over prices wasted of money….
Fabulous products, ordered the purple shampoo and conditioner and hair serum, love how my hair looks and feels, also using the organic body oil, I have ordered a second bottle as my skin feels softer more importantly the crapey skin of my thighs is looking much better, love all the products, really great company would highly recommend
Purchased the shampoo and conditioner for my daughter and the facial oil for my tired looking 70 yr old face. I’m absolutely loving the oil. It’s the best I’ve ever used. Better than Elemis which is more expensive. I use 4:5 drops daily massaging it into my sensitive combination skin and my skin feels evenly softer. No one else would notice but I certainly like the feel and adore the smell! Will definitely order more when mine eventually runs out!
I emailed weeks ago regarding the bottle pumps, but have had no response.
I quite like the shampoo & but haven't been able to try the conditioner as I can't get it out of the bottle.
My shampoo arrived with a significant dent in the bottle which must happen quite often as it is a option in the drop down menu for enquiries.
It didn’t take too long for my hair to acclimatise to the shampoo (a week or two) although I was already using another natural seaweed shampoo, so there shouldn’t have been much of a transition.
It’s such a good shampoo you don’t need to use conditioner too often, as it makes your hair so soft, which is ok if you’re wearing it down, but when you’re hot all the time you wear it up and you a bit of traction.
The major issue for me is, that it’s made my light dandruff problem much much worse. I guess I could use an oil or serum a couple of times a week, but that’s more expense, when I could go back to a shampoo that doesn’t make my scalp a scaley flaky mess?

I mistakenly ordered a Detox Shampoo, which serves a different purpose, but the response from the support team was fantastic. They promptly exchanged it for this Super Nutrient Shampoo that I absolutely adore. It's uncommon to find a company that not only produces an excellent product but also genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. My hair feels thicker, softer, and has a brighter color. Trust me, at 65, that truly matters!
Extremely efficient service. The team was professional and quick in their response. I received my product, and it feels amazing on my skin. It's lovely, and the fragrance is delightful. Kudos to the company for delivering an outstanding, locally sourced product. Absolutely love it.
I've recently begun using the shampoo, conditioner, scalp oil, and heat protectant. So far, I'm satisfied with the results; my hair feels softer and appears to be shedding less. I had high expectations since the products are pricier than what I typically invest in hair care.
I had been searching for a natural solution for my hair and came across a company offering a seaweed bath product. I purchased two shampoos and a conditioner based on the product's recommendations of using two shampoos for every conditioner. After taking some time to assess the product, I found that it left my hair greasy after each wash. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product and will not be buying it again.
