I received a mixed-up order with one extra item I didn't order and another missing. The support team responded promptly, courteously, and effectively. They quickly shipped the missing product and provided a free shipping label for the extra item return. The process was straightforward, and I truly appreciate their quick response!
Unauthorised Seller. This company has not been approved to sell many of the brands it has listed. I called one of the brands I was interested in to ask if dermstreet.com was an approved site and they said. They also said they couldn't guarantee the safety of the product on the site and advised against purchasing.
Scam company, do not order! They cancelled my order saying it was ‘fraudulent’ without checking with me if that was the case. I had made a large order from this company, and it was absolutely not fraudulent. They then refunded back less than I had paid. When I followed up, they couldn’t take accountability and started to ignore my emails. They blamed my bank and went from one story to the next, it was extremely inconsistent. Not an ethical company and I’m guessing they cancel orders and refund less as a way of making money. Avoid this company!! Absolute scam.
