We had a seamless experience with Costello. The sales call with Hayden, showroom with Justin, measurements with Derry, Brendan and Bruno who organized the fitting, and above all the fitters, Timmy and Michael - we couldn’t fault anything throughout the process. The lads are exceptionally hard workers and also super considerate, tidying after each fitting and clearly caring about how well done the job was. We had 9 windows and 3 doors, including removal of a large window and block wall to be replaced with a smart slide door. It was heavy work and they crushed it in the best way. Every step of the way made sure we were happy. Absolutely thrilled with the job, which was competitively priced too. Highly recommend Costello.
The installer, James, was very attentive and professional in his approach to installation our new door . He answered all our questions and offered good advice as regards maintenance. He did an excellent job. He also removed any debris that was left over from the work.We are very happy.Ger and Mary Glynn

Dreadful experience! While the initial consultation was lovely, the owner himself visiting our home twice to provide a quote, thats where the positives ended. We signed in November and were told it would be February for the install. Start of Feb, no contact, I had to chase them to make arrangements. We were told the install of 13 windows would take 2 days (!!) but took the week off work to be sure. I could write a book but ultimately the install took about 2 weeks. The fitters were double booked and turned up late, then didn't come at all the first weekend. They said our old windows were hard to get out, which is probably why they decided to smash out 2 windows at the back of the house. I am still picking up shards of glass over a week later, and after 5 hoovers! I found a small shard on my baby's foot yesterday and my husband also stepped on one. The finish is abysmal, they smashed my bathroom tiles, left plaster all over my floors, gouged holes in my walls and damaged my window sills. As for the absolute STATE of my garden, our dogs couldn't be let out until it was cleaned up and even then, glass shards were still everywhere. My husband has had to take more time off work to powerhose and make safe the garden area. I laid this all out to Brendan in fittings, to be told he would "try" to get management to call me. Days later I had a missed call in the middle of the working day, and nothing since. I won't be following up with them, what's the point.
Very easy to order over the phone. I had done my homework so knew what door, colour and glass I wanted. Breda was on hand to answer any other questions I had. Brendan came and measured my door a few weeks after payment. James came and fitted my door. An absolute gentleman very helpful did a fantastic job fitting the door. Everything left nice and clean! Thanks everyone ☺️
From the first point of contact the service was excellent. My windows were delivered when they said they would be. The fitters were so professional in their workmanship to their meticulous finish . Couldnt speak highly enough of them . Well done
