We own a small independent veterinary clinic and purchased a washing machine from the company two years ago, along with a care plan. During this time, we faced several issues and found their response to be incredibly slow in arranging an engineer. Initially, the washer malfunctioned, forcing us to seek external cleaning services, and then the electrics began tripping. The engineer's comments to our female staff were inappropriate, which he later apologized for, claiming the machine was fine and blaming the electrics. Two independent electricians confirmed the electrics were not the issue. We decided to tolerate the occasional tripping. However, this month, the washing machine began making a loud clunking noise. The engineers determined it required new bearings and a drum. We later received an email stating that this situation terminated our contract under the care plan, and it would not be covered. The repair quote was around £3,000, and we were offered a new machine for £5,000. I cannot recommend this company at all. The true test of a business's integrity is how they handle problems, and they have shown their true colors here. Avoid at all costs.
