I ordered Mock Neck Tee Shirts in early January, size L. I returned them in mid January for an exchange to size M. They received the returns and claimed they were out of stock in size M but would ship ASAP. I have not received them and it's been over 30 days. I just noticed they are offering Mock Necks for sale size M. DO NOT BUY from this company.
Steer clear. This is a fraudulent operation. The product disintegrated after just three weeks. Even after providing photographic evidence, they refused to issue a replacement. Instead, they continually offered discount coupons that didn’t even cover the replacement cost. The customer service representative (who felt more like an automated response) acted unaware that purchases include tax, and that the coupon for a replacement should also account for tax. If they were a legitimate company, they would have simply sent a replacement...

I requested a refund at the end of December, and now in the second week of January 2026, I am still waiting for my refund, despite receiving email assurances that it was being processed.
Do not purchase from this company. They frequently mess up orders, and their customer service feels like an AI bot, programmed only to apologize rather than resolve issues. I've been trying to get a refund for three months, and customer service keeps saying, 'we are processing your refund now,' which clearly never happens.
I placed my order and waited a month for it to ship. I contacted customer service and received a prompt reply. They were very apologetic but provided no updates on my order or explanations for the delay, and they never truly answered my questions.
