I ordered Mock Neck Tee Shirts in early January, size L. I returned them in mid January for an exchange to size M. They received the returns and claimed they were out of stock in size M but would ship ASAP. I have not received them and it's been over 30 days. I just noticed they are offering Mock Necks for sale size M. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Steer clear. This is a fraudulent operation. The product disintegrated after just three weeks. Even after providing photographic evidence, they refused to issue a replacement. Instead, they continually offered discount coupons that didn’t even cover the replacement cost. The customer service representative (who felt more like an automated response) acted unaware that purchases include tax, and that the coupon for a replacement should also account for tax. If they were a legitimate company, they would have simply sent a replacement...

I ordered shirts in early December 2025, expecting delivery within 5-7 business days. By late December, I still hadn't received them.
