I've been using this Backpack for two years now, and it has proven to be fantastic gear with plenty of pockets and waterproof features. It's perfect for daily office use or a short two-day trip. The standout aspect is the service; just beyond the two-year warranty, the main zipper broke, and they promptly sent me a replacement. That truly reflects their commitment to product quality.
I have the helmet and smart lights from this brand, and the remote is extremely handy. Controlling the light signals and brake light feature enhances the riding experience, making it feel more manageable and secure. My favorite aspect is the remote power function, which allows me to turn on and off all my gear with a single button, adding a level of convenience that's hard to beat.
Unit 1 helmets (I have the MIPS Neon) provide an impressive set of specifications at a price that competitors struggle to match. My MIPS helmet includes a brake light, and I also added a front light. While MIPS and lights are common features, the standout aspect of the Unit 1 Neon is its ability to store emergency contact information for first responders. It can send a message if the 'I've Fallen' alert isn't canceled within a minute (this is programmable). The emergency information feature, which includes NFC setup for responders, is truly outstanding. In the event of a crash or fall, the helmet automatically calls for help and provides crucial information to those responding. This is the BEST feature.

Amazing helmets and accessories loads of options light adjustments and controlling modes for helmet the turn signals defentaly save life's!. Had a problem with helmet nothing major but a defected mode but then had a genuinely outstanding experience with UNIT 1’s customer service recently. Valentina Orellana went above and beyond to help me out—handling everything with care, speed, and real attention to detail. She made sure my helmet was replaced without any hassle, and there was also a gesture of goodwill included that was brilliant and something I honestly didn’t expect to be able to get. That kind of effort speaks volumes.
Valentina deserves full credit for the hard work—she really took ownership and made sure everything was sorted. When she was off, her manager Mia picked up on her emails just to let me know things were on track and to reassure me that all feedback was being passed back to Valentina so she got the recognition she was due. Mia was polite and professional, and it was clear the whole team cared.

Designing gray elements for adults still haven't ordered kids ones just yet but considering maybe if they have a deal or might do and 4-year-old. Neo is amazing, much lighter than I expected. Great build quality pricing is probably where he should be. Would prefer it to be slightly cheaper, especially since you have to build it up, but overall you're not going to get out of it like this from anywhere else.
I have been very impressed with the communication and follow through by the customer service team regarding the purchase and shipments of our orders. My wife and I have the Aura and Neon helmets, and we really love the fit, function and long-lasting batteries built into the helmets. The helmets are lightweight, and the light and app functions are first class!
UNIT 1 did it again. One of my bike light is acting up, drains in a few hours indicating something wrong with the battery. At the 11th hour of the 1-year warranty, they sent me a replacement at no cost. Really appreciate the support, and clearly can’t function without UNIT 1 gear for my daily commute! Thank you
The Unit 1 Aura is a masterpiece of engineering. It beautifully combines top rate safety with elegant design, outstanding comfort and cutting edge technology. The comfort of the Helmet is ensured by generous padding. And to make sure the fit is just right the Helmet comes with two different thicknesses of padding which can be mixed and matched to get the perfect fit. On the theme of comfort, I also bought the Bug Net which attaches easily inside the helmet. A must for me as over the years I've had unpleasant experiences of flying, stinging insects invading my helmet and causing havoc. The tech also works really well. Turn Signals and brake Lights make cycling much safer, and are easily operated from the Remote which is attached to the bike handlebars. The process of pairing the Helmet, Remote Control and External Lights is effortless, and made possible by the Unit 1 App. The App sits at the heart of the tech ecosystem and is a wonder in itself with seemingly endless customisation available. It is intuitive and effective.Then of course there is the Visor. I have the Adaptive version which works flawlessly and locates securely by strong magnets at both the rim edge and, when not in use, in the docking position just above the front light. It is well designed to protect eyes from wind, rain, insects and dust, while at the same time enabling me to wear glasses underneath. If all of that seems a little daunting, Unit 1 have provided a plethora of support videos which are of great help, with clear explanations of all aspects of the Helmet and its Tech as well as the set up and customisation of the App. As if all of that wasn't enough the Customer Service is excellent. The Team is quick, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, understanding, and courteous. No question is too simple and no problem too complex. The Customer Service staff are outstanding.In conclusion, my experience of the Unit 1 Aura Helmet and the Company, mean that for me, although the Helmet may be expensive, yet the top safety rating, the quality of the Helmet materials and build, the marvel of the design, the functionality of the tech, and the wonderful customer support, make both the Helmet and Lights more than worth every penny.
Really awesome helmet, the safety features are super cool and provides the best feature of the helmet, Unit Neon is a must for all cycling out there, will also be suitable to skateboarders and all other activities that require wearing a helmet⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
