we bought the house before 6 month and your Sutton agent sold us the house to us.
the seller told us they will take Television and some wall pieces with them, so i asked them to fill the patchs and paint it but they filled the patchs but left uncolored. The washroom started lekage in main entrances after month because the master bedroom washroom doesn't have door just the 1/2 glass wall. After signing the property docs they didn't showed up for garage and camera code.

I wish I could give SUTTON a Zero. DO NOT HIRE NADIA NADERI! She is only interested in her Commission. Her English is poor and will not read Strata. Says it is your job. She befriended my buyer in hopes to get more listings from her because she was Asian. She is the Worst Realtor. You cannot trust her. Very Unprofessional! I contacted the Company and they showed no empathy nor concern.
It will be helpful, if new associates get a training in the office with Sutton every week (even once a week). This will keep the new associate engaged and more associate with other team members in the office. Training could be on how to list, where to get the forms, and how to and what to do to market listing extras...\
