easy course to understand, i liked the length of time they gave you to complete the course so you can fit it in to your daily life, i would recommend coursegate to friends and family, the courses are reasonably priced, coursegate are also there for you if you have any problems
I mistakenly put the wrong email in to access course content. The customer service advisor, Matthew was very helpful and understanding & was able to send the details to the correct email. I haven't tried the course yet but very happy with the customer service already. Thank you

i love using course gate to complete courses that i want to do. they are super cheap and they give you so much time to complete them in your own time and the support you receive from them if its required is amazing. will continue to use them going forward.
It is very simple to set up an account, and there are plenty course add ons if you want to continue to extend your learning. I had a little trouble finding my course, however Matthew from customer service was extremely efficient and gave clear instructions when handling my query via the live web chat channel.
Got a the course for 9.99 with a wowcher, not sure i would have paid £175 for it! The content of the level 3 horticulture course was ok. An awful lot of reading, no interaction or videos. I mock multiple choice test at the end with a final one to take after. You get 1 go at the final test or pay £3.99 for each try after. To get a certificate you have to pay £19.99 for a pdf or more if you want a paper copy. Had trouble getting my pdf certificate but by using the online chat, Matthew was very helpful in sorting it out and sent it to me straight away and waited to make sure i received it.
Easy to understand course materials. Unfortunately let down by not having a practical element to allow you to see more easily what to do and (importantly!) what not to do. Also, pushing people into thinking they need to purchase a certificate in order to "finish" the course (which gives a free e-certificate) and literally having "order your certificate" as a module is not a good look.
