Order Delays from Missing Details

I placed my order, and after a long wait, I reached out for an update. I was informed that my Tax ID was missing, which caused the shipping delay. It would have been more beneficial to be notified about this missing information rather than having to ask myself. I ordered on November 7 and am still waiting.

Disappointed with No Refund Policy

I cannot believe there is no refund option, and they keep charging for what is essentially a subscription! The product is poor quality and caused breakouts. I requested a refund for at least the extra item they sent, although I believe I should be refunded for both as they are ineffective. Please avoid this product! If you want to try it, just order one first before committing to more.
