“I submitted my order, and when I noticed it was taking a while, I sent an email requesting an update. That’s when I was told my Tax ID was missing, which is why the order hadn’t been shipped. It would have been better if you had informed me that this information was missing, instead of waiting until the customer has to ask what happened with their order.” I place the order in November 7. Still waiting.
I was skeptical about buying this product & more so their customer service & returning the product if I needed to. First of all I received the product & it was just as they advertised it...A GREAT cover up product. I also had to contact Covebalm about a discount that was not applied to my order & their customer service is FIRST CLASS. The response, professionalism & the time they took to handle the situation was very impressive. I am enjoying my product so there is no need for a return, & YES, I would buy this product again.
Sent email because colours were wrong and they sent me 2 orders after that email. Cancelled credit card so they couldn't send anymore. Oh not to mention. I never agreed to a subscription nor was I able to cancel this ghost subscription. I want my money back ffs. Not happy.
