Fake website with fake images, uses a sob story to get you to purchase. Implies by the name that they are in Queenstown New Zealand when in fact they are overseas. Items are not "hand made by Margaret" & not 80% marked down! a very small cheap painted moulded plastic lamp that can also be bought on the internet by Temu, Fruugo, Etsy etc at a fraction of the $84.95 I paid. My Lamp was not the size stated & the photos on the website super imposed against the "owner" made it look a lot bigger.
I received a broken item as well and their customer service uses copy and paste answers.
Return Address was in Germany? & was going to cost $50 -60 to return with tracking. Products are worth approx. $10 each, if that. Bank said I have to try & resolve with the company first before they can try to get my money back but I can not trust to send back in hope that they will refund, Refund minus postage = $25 It is a loose loose situation.
I am particularly annoyed that they got me in a moment when my wee dog - who had just passed away - looked exactly like the one lamp was modelled on.
They also sell "Jewellery"
I couldn't see them on Trust Pilot that night so here they are now....
SCAM ALERT!! Do not buy anything! Items are plastic, look like toys...terrible ones at that! Absolutely disgusted with the lies that were put on website.DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!Also be aware they are operating another scam website that is exactly the same - MargaretNoosa.com
It was bad enough they claimed to be a closing business due to a husband passing away and the wife having to close down. 100% bullshit! they've played on people emotions.Parcel just arrived and the item is disgusting! NOT handmade, NOT the same the advertised photo, NOT even glass or perpex. I am concerned about my CC being used so will be alerting my bank. DO NOT BUY
Ordered over $350 of products from their website and received cheap plastic imitations of the handcrafted products advertised online. The website is a scam, posing as a company in Queenstown, New Zealand selling hand made crystal products with a sad story but the cheap injection molded products are shipped from China!!Beware of this seller as they are deceiving you with a fake website and selling items that are not even worth shipping.A very disappointing experience but I only hope the warnings on Trustpilot will help others. Also running exactly the same scam on margaretnoosa.com
