Terrible experience. I ordered both a cover and a cushion but only received the cover. Customer service has been unhelpful, when I called to resolve the issue, the representative I spoke with, who had limited English, told me someone would call me back in two days. I just want the cushion I ordered.
We bought a 12 foot tall (room is 14 feet tall) prewired Xmas tree with 7 sections and power to each sections internal post with ~ 350 lights each section multicolored & white. The hand held controller gives the option to: only turn on the white lights OR only turn on the colored lights or both. The supplier only supplied 3 large storage bags to store the 7 sections into for storage. I did not want to load the sections that tightly and 1st bought 4 Canvas Bags so each section had its own protection and easy labeling each year we reassemble it. After only 1 years in the attic we found the canvas bags handles ripped off with minor force with the bag bodies not far behand in failing. Therefore we had to purchase the same material as the 1st three which was purchased from Covers & All four new bags for Xmas Trees.
No instructions provided. Net too big despite providing exact measurements. No net shape customization despite providing photos. Yellow cinching rope in middle creates low spot a kid could drown in, negating any utility. Difficult to install in ground as screw metal deforms under pressure needed to insert 2' long pipes into dirt. No clear way to insert hooks for cinch ropes. Waste of money. Will remove but might be stuck with these awful stakes in the ground forever.
When I ordered my safe cover, it was showing me a picture of exactly what I wanted, but what I received was not that item, so I called customer service and tried to return the item and they were not helpful at all. Now I’m stuck with a cover I can’t use. Now I out $110 stay away from this company
Every step of order was easy and they were very responsive to modifications. I received my order exactly as planned and within a week of finalizing sale. I highly recommend this product. The vinyl is very strong and holding up to our biggest winter storm as I write this.
I think the custom tarps are of excellent quality and workmanship. The shipping and delivery was relatively quick. The designer did reach out to confirm my sizing and noted that the tarps are generally 1 - 2 inches larger. Well, for my installation that would be tough as my measurements were exact. However, I wished I would have known that the gromets are inset about .5 inch all around which change things a bit. Knowing what I know now, I would have opted for the excess. Secondly, some of my tarps were .5 inch shorter than what I requested making it more difficult to install. So, these are my only grips with this project. Despite these issues, I do love the tarps. They look great and good quality.

This was the only place where we could find a cover for our mini tabletop fire pit. The quality is excellent and the price was reasonable. However, I did notice that for such a small item, the extra inches provided made it fit a bit looser than I expected.
This is an excellent item, tailored perfectly for my fire pit. Crafted from high-quality materials, it looks fantastic and arrived promptly. I will definitely reach out to the service again for any future outdoor cover needs.
Disappointing results from a supposed 'custom-made' item. I purchased a custom BBQ cover and opted for the premium fabric with a 10-year warranty. Even after meticulously following the measurement guide, entering the dimensions as instructed, and uploading photos and specifications during the ordering process, the cover received does not fit. While the width and depth were stitched close to the provided dimensions, no extra allowance was included, despite the website claiming a 2.5–5 cm allowance for easier fitting. Consequently, the cover is too tight and cannot be fitted correctly. Moreover, the cover features an uneven panel (one side longer than the other), which was not indicated in the measurement instructions and does not match any measurements submitted. All vertical measurements given were straightforward, making this outcome puzzling. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the problem stemmed from “incorrect measurements” and was only offered store credit for a new purchase. Requests for returns or remakes were denied, despite the unclear measuring instructions and indications that this is a common issue based on other feedback. Ultimately, I had to take the matter to my credit card provider to secure a refund. The quality of the product itself was acceptable, but the instructions, quality control, and after-sales support were very unsatisfactory. I highly recommend reviewing recent feedback carefully before making a purchase.
