The designer provided multiple layouts that maximized our space and asked insightful questions about our lifestyle needs—something we didn’t encounter with the other options. After discussing the designs, we combined elements to create our dream kitchen. Ultimately, we ended up with a kitchen twice the size for a fraction of the cost of previous quotes, complete with several high-quality appliances. During installation, we were kept informed about delivery dates, coordinating with the dedicated aftercare team who were always ready to answer even the smallest questions. We opted to use our own tradespeople but chose the company’s recommended fitters. They were efficient, finishing the job in just two days, and even identified a damaged unit, ordering a replacement without us noticing. I can’t recommend this company highly enough; they turned what could have been a stressful experience into a completely enjoyable one.

The company sells high-end kitchens, but our installation led to numerous problems and delays. The worktop was damaged but was installed anyway, and only after we pointed it out did they address the issue. The wrong hob was installed due to incorrect plans, leading to further complications. We were given poor advice regarding the type of hob suited for our space. The aftercare service has been lacking, with staff ordering the wrong parts and causing more delays. Communication has been frustrating, and we feel let down by the overall experience.
