Deeply Disappointed – Subpar Quality and Service

I am profoundly dissatisfied with the quality of the furniture I received. The company promotes its products as luxury items, but the actual quality falls significantly short of that promise. While the furniture may appear attractive at first glance, looks mean little when the quality fails to endure—even with careful handling. I bought a sofa, two armchairs, and bar stools, all of which were used sparingly in a clean environment without any abuse. Despite this, the sofa seat cushions lost their firmness after about two years, which is unacceptable for furniture at this price point. Fortunately, we can replace the foam ourselves, but that’s not ideal. The real concern lies with the armchairs. Made from faux leather, they began cracking after just a year, despite being intended for occasional use only. Even with minimal usage, the faux leather deteriorated and started to fall apart. After two years, the upholstery began shedding flakes everywhere, rendering the chairs both unusable and unattractive. When I reached out to customer service with photos, I was informed that their warranty lasts only one year and was advised to seek re-upholstery on my own. This indicates that the company is aware their furniture isn't built to last beyond the warranty period. This experience does not align with what customers expect for their investment. Furniture should last more than just a couple of years, especially with careful use. No one wants to replace sofas and armchairs every few years. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this company. The combination of poor quality and lackluster customer service has made this a very frustrating experience.

Disappointing experience with this purchase

Regrettably, I had to buy this furniture again because the previous order was not resolved by the support team. I'm still waiting for the bank to handle the dispute since the company did not take responsibility. Being prompted to leave a review after everything that has transpired is quite absurd. This has been one of the most frustrating purchases I’ve ever encountered. Numerous issues and a complete lack of accountability, and I only repurchased because I needed to complete the room renovation. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this service steer clear of it.

A complete disaster – steer clear of this service!

Absolutely avoid this service! My experience has been nothing short of appalling. They sent the wrong item and show no willingness to refund my money. It’s clear they have no interest in assisting customers once they’ve received payment. Every interaction has been met with indifference and a total lack of accountability. Their customer service is, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever encountered—unhelpful, dismissive, and seemingly scam-like. I’ve been left pursuing a refund that they seem intent on withholding. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to stay far away from this service; they clearly do not care about their customers.

Disappointing Experience with Delivery and Support

I purchased two dining chairs, but I was frustrated by the lack of choice regarding delivery dates. The goods were sent via a courier service, which allowed me to reschedule the delivery. However, they ended up attempting delivery on three separate occasions when I was unavailable. I had a difficult encounter with the delivery driver, who insisted on leaving the packages in an unsuitable location. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, the delivery service continued to ignore the rescheduled date, resulting in the items being returned. When I tried to reorder, I was informed of an alternative delivery option with a high success rate, but it came with an additional fee. I requested that they waive this fee due to the issues I faced, but the customer service representative stated that the responsibility for delivery fell on me after dispatch. A manager later confirmed that they would not cover the additional cost and mentioned a low probability of timely delivery. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction. I really wanted the chairs, but I've chosen to purchase from a more reliable company instead.

"Customer Service" is non-existent here

I purchased two dining chairs. First off, it’s frustrating that there are no choices for delivery dates for such items. The goods were dispatched via a delivery service, which then allowed me to reschedule the delivery date. However, they showed up on three different days when I wasn’t available. I had a confrontational encounter with their delivery driver who wanted to leave the boxes in an unsuitable location and became quite upset when I refused. I explained that I had rescheduled. They attempted to deliver on days other than the confirmed date, resulting in the goods being returned. When I tried to reorder the chairs, I was informed there was an alternative delivery option with a high success rate, but it would cost an extra £50. I suggested they waive the fee due to the complications I had faced. The representative I spoke with implied it was my fault for the issues with delivery. I was then transferred to a manager who refused to waive the delivery fee and stated there was only a 50% chance my order would arrive on time. It's astonishing how they treat their customers; they clearly do not care. I really wanted the chairs, but I decided to buy from a more reliable company.

Order never arrived, still awaiting refund.

I placed an order for bar chairs and provided my full address at the time of purchase. The confirmation email clearly showed my address. However, my order did not arrive because the distributor failed to provide the address. I am still waiting for a refund of over £500. Extremely disappointed 😞

Exceptional Service 100%.

After waiting six months for a table from another company, I ordered from this service and was thrilled with the 100% service. A team member answered the phone almost immediately. Ironically, the day before my table was to be delivered, the previous one arrived. The staff here were incredibly helpful, processing my refund immediately. I wish I had ordered from them first, as my previous table arrived without a glass top, which I had to reorder at a significant cost. Though I could have complained, I had no responses after six months of attempts. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service as they truly deserve success; my experience was excellent, so thank you once again.
