THIS IS A FRAUD! I waited nearly a month for my goods to arrive, and when they did, they were completely different from what I ordered, with terrible quality. The support team insisted everything was correct but offered only $9 compensation, responding infrequently. The goods were shipped from China despite the store's claims of being American. Don't fall for this scam!
This is a complete scam. They claimed to have delivered my jacket and left it on my open porch, but when I asked for proof, they couldn't provide any. I reviewed my doorbell footage, and no one had visited my house that day. I lost my money to these dishonest people. They also claim to be 100% made in America, but it turns out the products are from China. Beware!
I received the wrong product. They offered to let me keep it for a $16 compensation, but I paid over $60 for something I never got. The jacket I received was something I would never wear. I ordered a vintage black suede sports pocket jacket but got a brown bomber jacket instead.
The website is misleading. BE AWARE of potential overcharges; they will blame it on a computer glitch when you call them out, but they do issue refunds. Many may not notice this. Contrary to what is stated, there is no return policy, and they will give you the runaround. Although items are shipped from the USA, returns must go to China, and they try to dissuade you by offering $7 to keep the items. If you’re lucky and like your purchase, great. But if there’s a sizing issue or you need to return it, the shipping costs could exceed the item's price. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
If I could give a negative score, I would. The product I ordered was faulty, with a tear in the arm, and when I sought a full refund, they only offered $7. It’s not an American website; it’s based in China. They claim their items are accurate when they’re clearly not. It's fraudulent, and I do not recommend this website or buying from it.
