CustomMan replied to my email inquiry very swiftly, effectively addressing my questions and concerns. I was particularly thankful to receive the delivery ahead of schedule. The personalized figurine was crafted excellently, and the recipient of the gift is very pleased with it.
The images of the family tree I ordered depicted real crystals adorning the gold branches. However, what arrived was a bulky piece of plastic featuring a printed image of the crystals. I'm very let down by this product. It was intended as a Christmas gift for my sister, and I wouldn't have purchased it had I known it didn't actually contain crystals. It definitely wasn't worth the $52.00 I spent.
The advertising is completely misleading. The material is nowhere near what was depicted, and I received digital printing instead of the promised embroidery. I got a 2D pillow instead of the 3D toy that was shown. Essentially, it's just a printed image of a generated design on a pillow. Don't spend your money on this!
The service did a reasonable job on my order. My main issue was that the legs on my specific item were shortened, resulting in a rather odd appearance. It took more than two months for it to arrive. I doubt I will choose this seller again. It's disappointing because the concept is fantastic, but the implementation was lacking.
I urge any potential buyer considering an order from this seller to think twice! This so-called "company" is likely a scam. I placed my order over a month ago and have yet to receive my product, despite the listing stating delivery would occur within 3-12 business days. As a verified customer, I have reached out to the seller multiple times but only received irrelevant or invalid replies. I'm sharing this review as a cautionary tale and strongly suggest spending your money elsewhere… Stay safe online, everyone.
I purchased a pillow as a Christmas gift for my grandson, but what I received was far from what was shown online. I'm so let down that I can't even consider giving it as a present. Although I did get a 30% refund, I feel it's important for other customers to know about this issue.
Only one star because zero stars aren't available. The product is nothing like the image. It's flat, poorly printed, and not at all what was shown, which clearly shows a 3D version. I reached out for help, and they offered a 30% refund for something that's not even close. This seems to be a common issue based on other reviews... A disgrace, steer clear!
