Excellent customer service from start to finish. Helped to fast-track an order that *just* missed the express delivery deadline, which was then received by lunchtime the next day. Then helped to address a minor issue with the order, organising the rapid replacement of a part. I have a number of your products around the house; they're of great quality, and the customer service is an added bonus!
Really good to be able to discuss stair gate options via WhatsApp as there is a bewildering array of options. I had a bottom step coming out from the wall and a bannister on the other side so I thought it would be awkward but they helped me narrow it down. I simply gave Safetots pictures, they asked for some measurements using annotation and were then able to provide options. They even created a basket for a multi panel solution. Very professional.

Placed our order for a fire guard which unfortunately Yodel didn’t deliver, I contacted Safetots; they responded immediately and sent out another fire guard on a 24hr delivery.
