I would write 0 stars if I could. I tried to purchase tickets online but there was some kind of error from their side, THEIR technical error so money was deducted from my bank account but I didn't receive tickets. I've contacted live agent and they told me I would receive my refund in 7 business days, of course I have not received any money. I have contacted them again, they let me fill in some kind of complain form but they have not contacted me about that. Now I texted live agent again and it takes 30 business days to process the request after which I still might not get a refund.
