Had these crabs shipped to my daughter in Kansas. The enclosed note should have indicted daughter, not daughter-in-law. The crabs were packed well and arrived on time. She texted me and sent pictures. Overall she was very happy with everything. The crabs were seasoned correctly, however she said out of the dozen jumbo crabs she received, there were two that, in her opinion, were bad?? Thank you….Bob
Crab arrived in good condition on the day requested. The seasoning amount was just right with some heavily seasoned crabs for those who like them that way. Very happy with the quality of the crab!The only negative was that we did not receive the mallot offered and paid for at check out.
It was so good. I order them from outside Seattle. They are the best ones I have had from Maryland. They came and were still frozen and the box was intact. I really appreciate the care that you guys take with the crabs. I’m from Georgia so it’s difficult to get blue crabs here on the West coast. So thank you.
We ordered a bushel of steamed crabs traditionally seasoned with old bay for our family vacation in PA. Crab Dynasty is the REAL DEAL! We were delighted with quality, freshness and authentic taste of the Maryland jumbo blue crabs. It was evident the professionalism of this company from the customer service, care in shipping and wonderful tasting blue crabs!!
I had an unfortunate issue with the shipment of my two dozen Jumbo crabs. UPS completely smashed the package. Upon opening the gel packed were damaged and gel was all over our crabs. Again, unfortunately we could not eat the crabs. But Crab Dynasty stepped up and did provide a full refund = class act!Previously we’ve had nothing but great experiences with our orders. This circumstance was completely related to UPS’ mishandling of the package
