I am thoroughly satisfied with my buying experience with Crab Dynasty. I ordered a half bushel of live crabs for an event and it was a success. All crabs arrived alive except for two dead. This is a death loss that is to be expected, considering the shipping process and conditions. I am very satisfied and will be purchasing from this company again. A+
Ordered the colossal Snow Crab legs along with other seafood that we have not eaten yet. We choose to order $200.00+ to save on the shipping fee and will now have 3 meals. The Snow Crab was indeed colossal in that 1/2 leg covered an entire dinner plate. The meat had excellent taste and texture. Seafood was packed in a thick foam box with several ice bags. Package arrived with the seafood completely frozen.
I ordered large male steamed crabs and had a problem with the shipping, however, Crabdynasty gave me the best customer service and helped me to get my order shipped in a timely manner. The crabs were prepared exactly how I requested, packed neatly and very tasty! I used to live in the Maryland area and really miss the steamed crabs and am happy that Crabdynasty is available to ship to my family whenever we are craving the Maryland crabs.Great job and thank you for all of your help!
As someone that grew up in Maryland and has not had steamed crabs for a number of years, I finally decided I would have some shipped to me. I did some research online and ultimately decided on Crab Dynasty. I was a little reluctant at first given how early in the season it was but finally decided to purchase 2.5 dozen jumbo crabs. I could not be more happy with the decision. The crabs arrived timely, although the shipping company did damage the packaging and destroyed 2 crabs, this was clearly not Crab Dynasty's fault. The crabs were packed extremely well and still had solid ice packs in them. The crabs were seasoned perfectly and were delicious. There were a handful of pretty light crabs but Crab Dynasty added more than the 2.5 dozen which I am sure was to make up for that issue. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely buy from them again.
First let's start with customer service it's top notch I had a problem with my order an they took great care in solving it A.s.a.p. Second let's talk about soft shell crabs they were great.The best that I have had inlong while.Thank you .I highly recommend this company for product an service.
