Disappointing Experience on Christmas Morning

We visited a fast-food location for breakfast on Christmas day 2025 and ordered a bacon and egg muffin meal. Unfortunately, I ended up with food poisoning from the meal, which caused me severe discomfort early the next morning. My spouse noted that the muffin was merely warm, not hot, and I also found the hot chocolate was not served at the right temperature. It seemed like the staff might have been either untrained or rushed, leading to inadequate heating. I would not recommend having breakfast there.

Messy Orders and Missing Items

The burgers appeared as if they were carelessly wrapped. We ordered three chicken wings but received only two, and out of two medium fries, we only got one. This is unacceptable and not worth my time or money.

Hot Chocolate Warning

I purchased two machine-made hot chocolates at a fast-food location and found them to be unpleasant. Upon removing the lid, I noticed there was no milk. When I returned to the counter for a milk addition, the server informed me that milk is not included in machine-made hot chocolates. I was shocked as I had previously enjoyed this drink with milk. It was the most unpleasant beverage I've ever had, and I thought I understood the product based on my past experiences.

Need for New Management

The location on Greenwood St. is the worst I've encountered. Even when there's no one in line, they ask you to park and wait. This was the 14th time I drove through, and the ice cream maker was out of order. The food always looks tired, as if it has been sitting around. Today was our final visit.

Avoid Large Fries

Avoid ordering large fries at the airport location, as you'll only receive half a portion and will need to return to request the rest. Additionally, they were cold and soggy.
