The customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Deliveries are perpetually late, even when promised for specific days. This has been an ongoing issue for over 30 years. We are unsure of other options for our oil supply. Despite paying on time, this company really needs to reconsider how they treat their customers.
The service is shocking; drivers are rude and show no respect for others' property. The staff seem indifferent, likely due to being overworked and underpaid. There is no complaints procedure, and an advisor mentioned they quote higher prices for heating oil, only to reduce them if customers complain—this shows a complete lack of integrity. I hope this review reaches potential customers.
£500 spent and still no oil. There have been false promises and a complete lack of communication. I strongly advise avoiding this company. We are left without oil, facing a hefty restart fee from a plumber, and have no heating or hot water. Thanks a lot.
I arranged for a delivery on a specific day and waited all day for it. At 15:30, I called to inquire about the delivery time, only to find out it had been rescheduled to the next day without any notification. I had to wait again the following day. If a delivery is scheduled and changes occur, the customer should at least be informed and offered a new date. This is very poor customer service, and I wasted an entire day waiting.
I will not engage with this company again, even though I live right next to their depot. They sold me £500 worth of diesel but failed to send an engineer to fix my boiler. I had a full delivery scheduled for the holidays and requested assistance multiple times, but no one came. I spent the holidays freezing and fell seriously ill. They even tried to sell me a service contract while I was on the phone trying to resolve the issue. My holidays were ruined, and my health has significantly worsened. If they had been honest about their availability, I could have sought help elsewhere.
My order faced delays because the driver exceeded their driving limit for the day. The redelivery was postponed due to icy conditions that prevented access. However, throughout the process, the communication was excellent, and the drivers remained professional and courteous.
