I cannot access my tax advance. Customer Service keep saying a issue with the update/system and cannot give me much help on the matter. Going forward my taxes are in limbo messing with them. I supposed to keep checking my account with no direction. Will not use this platform again.
Inaccurate credit scores. They don't update accordingly to what the credit bureaus actually have directly through them. They send emails with incorrect information in reference to your creditors report information. Terrible, inept, customer service reps. The "What's changed" section more often than not doesn't have the information to explain a drop or increase in your score.
Minus 2 stars - that is what the mark shall be.Their system does not allow me to log in with my valid password or with the code that I receive from them via my valid email that they have on file. Every time in addition their system still wants to send another code via phone. Plain stupid!! Never will use them again.
