Pricing could be more competitive and the website itself (not actual server) can sometimes run slow.
Tried a couple different server hosting companies. CreeperHost was the best option out of all of them. They've become my default for modded Minecraft servers at this point. Their website navigation could use a little work, but fair price and great customer service
Aaron at their support is simply incredible. We run a dedicated, custom box and despite Aaron and the support team not being obliged to help us with the issue we had created on our box, he did without judgement and with haste. Incredible team and great company who clearly care more about their customers than profit!I was considering switching a few days ago to find a cheaper provider but Aaron has ensured I will remain a life-long customer of their servers for any projects I am undertaking.
