I would give Crib Conversion Kits 10 stars if I could. Outstanding customer service. We were looking for bed rails to convert our crib (from 2009!) into a full bed. The hooks that came did not exactly fit and multiple other sets were sent, free of charge, to try. One of the sets worked perfectly and we were in business. The return process was effortless as well. I have a 25 yo crib that converts to a full size bed. The side rails split and I was worried that it was ruined. After a lot of searching I found this company. I reached out and got a response promptly. I was able to narrow down the color via text messages and had the rails sent. While not an exact match, it is very close and the help I received was above and beyond!
We have a 20+ year old double bed which we just discovered was a converted crib. The replacement parts were excellent and the furniture repairman said the bed slates were of better quality than the original ones that came with the bed. The communication was stellar. We just wish your company carried the bed rails for our model. We we discovered the ones we ordered did not fit the bed model the company we had no issue returning the kit and receiving a refund. I highly recommend this company!
When looking for our conversion kit for the cosi bella crib we purchased 3 years ago, we realized it was no longer being made by the manufacturer. We found this conversion kit that was stated to be a perfect fit. They didn’t have the farmhouse color we needed, but had a lighter color. We went with it because we absolutely needed a kit soon. It was shipped quickly, fit like a glove, and was easy to assemble with our crib. The color is a little too light, but I don’t think anyone would notice unless they were looking directly at it. Overall, the customer service was easy to contact and I received the answers I needed and the product worked almost perfectly.
We have a 10yr old hand-me-down Baby Cache crib that our little one was quickly outgrowing.
