I paid for the installation of my window coverings, but the cords are too short. They now need to be removed, new cords installed, and re-hung. I was asked to provide measurements from the top of the covering to the floor; why wasn't this requested initially? The service was lacking, I overpaid for subpar products, and I'm extremely disappointed.
I completely agree with the comments regarding the unattractive bulky weight bar at the bottom of the covering. Why show a photo that doesn't represent the bar? This is very misleading. Additionally, the fixings were provided without screws—absolutely ridiculous! AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS SERVICE.
