Great service from cross blinds and shutters. Had blackout cross blinds fitted in the bedroom and have now had the guys back to fit a similar blind in my hall to reduce the glare from a streetlight. The quality of this product is superb and I cannot recommend the workmanship and professionalism of this company highly enough.
I can't find any faults with this company. I visited their showroom to set up blackout shutters for my mother's bedroom, and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. My mother was so pleased that she ordered another blind. She mentioned that the workers were the nicest she's encountered in a long time, and she is thrilled with her blackout shutters. Communication could be improved. I initially placed an order for blinds, ensuring the kitchen ones matched my patio doors and window. I had to follow up multiple times to get them fitted, and when they were, the colors didn't match. After contacting them, I learned the wrong blind was made. They were supposed to come out to discuss but didn't show up, necessitating another call to reschedule. When they finally arrived, I was told they'd reorder the correct color and I also ordered another set for a different room. Again, I had to chase for a fitting date. They arrived with the new order but not the incorrectly made blinds, which I was told were out of stock. I suspect they've been unavailable since my first order, which explains the color mismatch. There was no communication regarding the missing fitting until they arrived at my home. Now, I have to wait even longer; my initial order was placed at the end of October.
I had my shutters installed in July, but when I reported they weren't functioning, they assumed I didn't know how to operate them. Even after sending photos, they still dismissed my concerns. I'm experienced in carpentry, yet they didn't take my word for it. Eventually, a representative assessed the situation and confirmed that one of the shutters was indeed broken and fixed it. However, there was no apology for their initial oversight. It felt like they didn't acknowledge their mistake, which was frustrating.
The service I received was fantastic from the team. Initially, I had two shutters fitted, and they have now completed installations for the entire house. The workmanship was excellent, and the products are of high quality. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for new blinds.
I recently had 10 perfect fit blinds measured and installed by the team. The service from start to finish was exceptional.
