We recently had vinyl installed in our dining room, and it looks amazing. The fitters did an excellent job, showing professionalism, politeness, and friendliness throughout the process. Every fitter we've encountered has been exceptional. We highly recommend this service for anyone seeking quality work at a fair price.
The fitters, Owen, Cole, and Liam, provided excellent service; I would rate them 5 stars. Their expertise was evident as they worked diligently to ensure our flooring was installed properly and on schedule. However, I was less impressed with the customer service from those who conducted our floor inspection and the shop staff. We inquired about quotes for subfloor work during the inspection on November 7th, clarifying that we were considering featherblading only if the screeding cost was too high. Unfortunately, we received no updates until we visited the shop right before installation, where we discovered an error had occurred in contacting us about the quote. The fitters were concerned about the flooring's longevity without full screeding, and while they were willing to work extra hours to accommodate us, the office insisted on proceeding with featherblading based on incorrect information. The fitters worked hard to complete the necessary work, and while I have always recommended this service, I was disappointed with the customer service shortcomings this time.

Today, Owen and Nathan fitted our hall and stairs carpet, and they were both lovely and professional. They did an outstanding job! This is the third time we've used this service, and we would certainly recommend them; the shop staff were also very friendly and helpful.
We recently bought a new bedroom carpet and bed and received polite, friendly, and professional service. The fitters notified us of their estimated arrival time, which we greatly appreciated. A huge thank you to Owen and Dan for fitting our carpet quickly and efficiently, including cleaning up afterward! Also, thanks to Matt and Liam for delivering and assembling our bed. All of them were polite, courteous, and very efficient. We highly recommend this service and will definitely use it again!

From beginning to end, we received exceptional service. The fitting team for our bedroom carpet was polite and professional, and the representative went above and beyond to resolve my mistake in ordering a carpet that was too short. He arranged for a new carpet and fitters to come back the same day. I can't thank the team enough; they remain our first choice for flooring.
