I've bought from Crosshatch for years. Always great service and deliveries. They make clothes in colours that others don't. I've had a waterproof jacket that is over likely 10 years old and still going strong. Great value for money.
Poor quality don't go there. Terrible after sales service i bought various clothes from crosshatch over the last few years not expensive but poor quality .zips don't last long sewing very poor especially on inside linings I bought a £30 jacket just before Christmas not expensive looks ok for dog walking put my phone into the inside pocket and the phone fell straight through smashing the front screen on speaking with Gail in customer service told me that there were inside pockets to the jacket and I should of checked through jacket for floors not great customer service. If you read this review just be careful if you purchase clothing from crosshatch because you get what you pay for poor quality and no customer service the phone screen will cost £160 to fix richard glover maidenhead
Out of two tee-shirt ordered, both the same size, one fitted but the other didn't. Two pairs of trousers, once again, one fitted the other didn't. The difference in the waist sizes were incredible. The shoes ordered were far too big, whereas every other pair of shoes I own of the same size fit me.
Ordered from their Black Friday deal and they sent a box with all different sized boxers in. Confused as to how that even happens to begin with. Emailed and they asked for photos of boxers both a measure beside them - which I did. I asked to be sent my original order when asked and they proceeded to refund me instead.
Bought a pack of three men’s boxer shorts for a Christmas gift, very poor quality and the sizing is way off, also a pack of three socks as a gift again the quality is dreadful, about to package the items to send back and noticed on the website that you are unable to return underwear so in the bin the boxers will go,it you want decent quality avoid this company!!!!
Bought some boxer shorts as presents and packaging arrived damaged with 2 out of the 3 sets so not really suitable for giving to anyone. I contacted the company and they agreed to exchange but only if I paid for the postage to return the damaged items and said it may happen again. So pay extra to send back and then receive items that are still not suitable to gift. No thanks.

Crosshatch was born in the Northern Quarter of Manchester in 1996, taking the famous weave of denim as both its name and inspiration. Heavily influenced by music and the drive to do your own thing, Crosshatch took a direction all of its own with bold graphics, constantly evolving colour combinations and extra design details which show a focus on detail.
