I purchased Skylar Meta glasses with transition and absolutely loved them! It’s a game changer for travel and really everyday life. I’m so excited for this new tech and love the HD quality videos and photos.

Very disappointed with Ray-Ban’s refusal to comply with UK consumer law.
I purchased a pair of customised sunglasses via the Ray-Ban Remix configurator, relying on how the product was visually represented during the online customisation process. While the sunglasses received match the selected options technically, the finished product does not reasonably reflect how those options were presented online at the point of purchase.
I rejected the goods within the statutory 30-day period under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 on the basis that the item is not as described.
Despite this, Ray-Ban have refused to accept the return and are attempting to rely on their internal policy that customised items are non-refundable unless faulty. A retailer’s internal policy does not override a consumer’s statutory rights.
As a long-standing Ray-Ban customer who has owned several pairs over the years, I certainly won’t be purchasing from Ray-Ban again.
Sent my glasses to be replaced under warranty, Replacement was sent to the wrong address. Customer services have lied to me on email chain. Newley a month later I am with out my replacement ray bans and now out of pocket. Still waiting for an update.
Writing ANOTHER review since I still don’t have my replacement meta glasses after returning the product a month ago! It’s been a grueling 4 month process at this point and I STILL DONT HAVE GLASSES. Hundreds spent and nothing in return. They said my returned product was never received despite tracking showing confirmation of delivery and despite my having called to confirm as well. What is going on with this company?
Ray-Ban Australia – disappointing after-sales support. My sunglasses case failed within ~5 months of normal use (warranty/quality issue). Instead of providing a replacement case or a straightforward refund/compensation, I was offered a $50 voucher with heaps of conditions: minimum spend, lots of exclusions, and it can’t be exchanged for cash. It felt like a runaround designed to push another purchase, not resolve the problem. Still trying to get a fair remedy (replacement case or refund back to original payment method).
It feels like a tactic to push you into buying again rather than resolving the problem. Disappointing after-sales support for a premium brand.
Quality of prescription lenses is absolutely shocking! It’s my third pair and I will never ever again buy prescription glasses from Ray-Ban as they scratch extremely easily! Even with the extra layer protection that you pay extra for it’s really poor! I am really careful with the lenses during wearing and cleaning but it’s just a £1 quality not £360!!!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience regarding the customer service and warranty process for a pair of faulty display glasses that cost over $880. After purchasing a premium product, I encountered an issue just two weeks later that should have been easily resolved under warranty. Instead, the process was slow, confusing, and frustrating. I was informed that no replacements were available because it was an exclusive item. Communication was poor, responses were delayed, and I had to repeatedly follow up for updates without any clear resolution or accountability. For a brand that markets itself as high-end and charges premium prices, the after-sales support is simply unacceptable. It seemed that customer care became a low priority after the sale was completed. I expected professionalism, transparency, and efficiency, but none of these were provided. This experience has significantly eroded my trust in the brand, and I will think twice before making another purchase. If you're considering buying products from this brand, be warned that getting support when issues arise can be far more challenging than it should be.
Purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses, but they caused discomfort on my nose. Initially thought it was just a minor adjustment needed. However, after examining the frames, I realized they are defective, with a noticeable flaw in the middle. Unfortunately, I feel like I've wasted $300. The seller stated they cannot assist with resolving the issue.
The entire experience has been extremely frustrating. It took an astonishing two days to complete my order in October. Initially, the website was dysfunctional, freezing and failing to load for hours. Once I managed to get the item into my cart, applying the advertised promo code for new customers actually removed the sale price and that issue persisted. After two days of clearing cookies and trying different browsers, along with reaching out to the support team (which was unhelpful), I finally managed to order the glasses. Upon receiving them, I noticed that the frames rattle in the lenses constantly, as the lenses appear to be too thin for the frame channels. When I attempted to file a warranty claim, I was required to create a second account and input all my information again, along with submitting three required photos. It was pointless to ask for the order number since none of my details were retrieved from it. The systems used for orders and claims are completely separate, making the entire process seem designed to discourage warranty claims. I will never purchase from this seller again.
