Ordered my usual size for chino shorts , as I've done on previous orders from here and they are a completely different fit , more like 34 than a 32 , really baggy aswell. So after paying 4.95 for delivery, I've now got to send them back at my own expense . So £10 down and nothing to show for it . Very poor fitting quality, I won't be buying from Crosshatch again .
The fact you use royal mail for delivering is excellent and that your discount codes really do apply is great and as for the trainers they look and feel great..these trainers are not meant to last a life time but enjoy while you have them..great job guys
I have three pairs of jeans of three different styles all purchased a year ago and all fit perfectly.Recently I ordered an identical pair only to find the waist was way too small, returned these and tried a different style same size and again waist was far too small, tried a third style and again too small so all 3 returned.Ordered a pair of similar style but one waist size larger and they fit like a pair of clown trousers - at least 2in too big all round.Going to have one more try with a different style and if that fails I'm going to give up.
I ordered this 5 days back and they cancelled it with refund and this is what they sent Hello,Thank you for your recent order.Unfortunately, due to a system error that affected your order, we have had to cancel and fully refund you. Please accept our sincere apologies. If you wish to place a replacement order, please use code SORRY25 to receive a 25% discount.Kind regardsCustomer Services
Order a pack of 2 hoodies1 white the other blue in XL which is what all my clothes are. Crosshatch XL is fit for a child . I wasn't happy that I have to stand the cost of returning these . Not sure how many x's i need adding to get these hoodies to fit.I have a Crosshatch XL that a bought from Sport direct and that fits great, but these that came were appalling.

Crosshatch was born in the Northern Quarter of Manchester in 1996, taking the famous weave of denim as both its name and inspiration. Heavily influenced by music and the drive to do your own thing, Crosshatch took a direction all of its own with bold graphics, constantly evolving colour combinations and extra design details which show a focus on detail.
