I honestly can’t even explain how this service is supposed to work. I sent all the requested documents right away, and five days later they were still asking me for the same things I had already provided. The process feels disorganized and unnecessarily complicated. If you’re deciding between this and a traditional bank, save yourself the time and just go to a regular bank.

Do Not Use This Company

They have slow response time. There is no chat feature. Our organization pending deposits have not been released and it has been about a week. Every since they have changed banks, there have been many issues with no response. This is not good for small organizations that need funding within 7 days.

The app keeps crashing on multiple devices

The app crashes immediately with “Crowded keeps stopping”.I tested this on multiple Android phones and the issue is the same.Web login works, but after login it only shows a QR code and forces app usage, which makes the service unusable while the app is broken.Please fix the Android app or confirm if there is a known outage or bad update.

Poor communication and customer service

I can’t believe how difficult it is to contact anyone from this company. They do not offer an opportunity to speak with anyone on the phone, nor do they even offer a chat feature. I was told one thing by someone on an email and it turned out to be incorrect. We opened an account only to immediately encounter a roadblock. It feels as if they really don’t care about their customers. So disappointing.

Collecting Dues

I heard about Crowded through another chapter that recently switched over and said that collecting dues with Crowded is super easy. Can definitely say that it's so much easier after using Crowded for a few months. Saves a lot of time and everything is way more organized.
