My sister had a problem with the gaming machine and Ms. Amalia the gaming machine attendant helped us with our concern. She easily solved our problem and was very accomodating. She is an excellent staff!
I am sharing my experience regarding an incident that resulted in my ban from the venue on December 6, 2025. It involved me sitting at an unoccupied machine and withdrawing funds, as I decided not to play on it. Many machines often have credits left by patrons who leave. A guard confronted me while escorting me out, accusing me of being a thief in an angry manner. I found his tone inappropriate for the situation. If a guard needs to remove someone, professionalism and calmness should be prioritized. He seemed agitated, likely due to the late hour. During our exchange, he asked how I would feel if I left funds behind. I responded that patrons have a duty to manage their funds. With machines often left with credit, where is the line drawn? I believe using a machine with left-behind funds isn’t wrong. This incident left me confused, and I expressed to the guard that it seems like anything goes. It would take significant persuasion for me to return or recommend this venue. For respectful treatment, I suggest the alternative option. I appreciate everyone taking the time to read this. While many reviews focus on food and accommodations, my experience with the security staff has consistently been negative. The overall atmosphere feels lacking, and the gaming conditions are unfavorable compared to other venues. I would advise saving your money for better experiences elsewhere.
I am addressing an incident that led to my ban from a certain casino on December 6, 2025. This situation arose when I sat at an unoccupied machine and withdrew funds because I chose not to play on it. Many machines often have credit left by patrons who have walked away. A guard confronted me as he escorted me out, angrily calling me a "thief." I found his tone completely unprofessional for the circumstances. If a guard has to remove someone, they should maintain a level of calm and professionalism. He seemed agitated as it was late at night. During our exchange, he asked how I would feel if the roles were reversed and I had left funds in a machine. I responded that it really is "open slather." Patrons should be responsible for their machines at the moment. If no one is within 15-20 meters and a machine has been empty for 3-4 minutes, is this truly against any laws or casino rules? I also pointed out that we share responsibility for managing our funds in a casino. There have been numerous occasions where machines have been left with credit. Where do we draw the line? I don’t think a patron using a machine with leftover funds is in the wrong. This experience has left me perplexed, and I told the guard that what I see is "open slather." It would take a lot to convince me to return or recommend this business to others in the future. If you seek respect, consider doing business elsewhere. That’s my stance, and I appreciate everyone taking the time to read this.
I’ve noticed many reviews focus on food and hotel aspects. However, in my experience at this casino, there has always been a negative atmosphere with security staff, dealers, and general employees. The way you present yourself matters. As a traveler to casinos globally, I find this casino's offering to be among the poorest. They’ve lost their way; their roulette tables have a significant house advantage (0, 00, and an additional house edge), and they charge a premium for touchscreen play. From my experiences at other casinos, I’ve never encountered a roulette table with more than a single or double zero. Clearly, rising living costs have impacted them, and they’ve responded by increasing their advantage. Save your money and consider visiting other establishments instead; this place has declined significantly since its ownership changed.
