I payed for expedited shipping and ive waited 10 days and still have not received my order when I message support they only comment if it's good comments if it's a problem refund or anything else they ignore you. I paid $80 something and wish I wouldn't had it's now past valentines day and the gift for my wife is still in the air. The use a shipping agency i never heard of and I dont even think the traking # is correct
