So far so good, I joined Cryptonomy like August last year, already made two fixed contracts. And they went without any problems. 😊It's been a great experience overall. I really like how everything is laid out - Simple and straightforward without anything too complicated.
Only small issue I had was when I was setting up my account and I contacted support because I couldn't set up two-factor authentication due to a bug. They helped me really quickly back then. Since then, no problems at all. Withdrawals and deposits are smooth, all funds come within 5 minutes.Thanks for this kind of service! You have another loyal and satisfied user!
If you're looking for a place to stake your cryptocurrency, this is probably the best choice. The APYS are excellent, which is what really sets this platform apart from others. I also really like that they paid such attention to support, I know many others also speak well of it, the fact that a real person responds within 5-10 minutes is amazing!
The service is good and legit, worked perfectly before, but my staking contract was paid out 7 days later than expected without any information. I was really hoping to receive the funds on the expected date, withdraw part of it and reinvest the rest, but the money came 7 days later. Moreover, there was no info about any possible delays beforehand. So, this was a bit disappoiting. I would have given 5 stars if that hadn't happened.
90 days and my crypto is still active and locked up . These were 9 month contracts . If you have any 😿 to in there kiss it good bye as they will move it into a fixed for a year and say you did it . These crooks are not to be trusted . It’s not high risk it’s a 💯 scam . Eventually the FBI will go after these Russians . They are not in Europe . We are closing the gap on them .
As many others have said due to their actual experiences, this is a very dodgy company and should not be trusted The website looks and says all the right things without giving any real information i.e. naming any actual companies/startups they are investing in or even which country Cryptonomy are based in. I have been investing in Crypto for a number of years now (should have known better) and am fairly experienced but I was tempted into trying the site by the supposed returns, as the old adage goes 'if it seems too good to be true, it probably isnt'. Fortunately I only transferred 0.999 XRP to my wallet, as we know moving XRP on the XRP network only costs 0.001 XRP. I left this sitting there for a couple of weeks and after doing some proper research on the company and finding these terrible reviews on Trustpilot I decided to withdraw my 0.999 XRP, I couldn't do that as it says the minimum withdrawal is 20.41185 XRP for which there would be a 0.92781 XRP fee for doing so, roughly a 5% charge. NO OTHER crypto platform I have ever used to move XRP has ever charged a fee, let alone set a minimum amount. As said before this this is virtually free on the XRP ledger, it should be only 0.001 XRP for moving any amount of XRP. I will try their support to get this back and update later, we will see. Edit. Tried their online support and was told abruptly that they would not change their minimum withdrawal amount or fee for doing so. Edit in reply to Cryptonomy. You say the conditions relating to minimum/withdrawal/limits fees are transparent, they are not. Just read through your terms and conditions from point 1 to 17 and there is no mention at all of this. Further having read these T&C's I wouldn't touch this platform with a bargepole, for instance '5.13 Cryptonomy is entitled to make deductions from Your Account in order to perform Your obligations to make payments for any Cryptonomy applicable product, including the payment of Cryptonomy commission fees, available for review here.' and others like this make it so you can do what you will, whenever and how you wish with no recourse to/for the account holder.You say our platform operates differently from 'direct blockchain transactions', oh really yet it looks and feels like many other crypto exchanges/wallets but isn't. All of your advertising is related to different aspects of the crypto industry but you dont want to use the same standards.I do not pay a fee on any exchange/platform for withdrawing or sending any crypto except for the blockchain fee itself.You say 'we have already submitted a request for your contact information', you already have my email address and I have already been told by your customer support that I will not be getting back my initial/test deposit. If you change your mind about 'allowing' the withdrawal of my XRP, I'll add that in any future edit. Thanks.
I've been using this platform, and I'm really happy with it. No problems with staking. It's also cool that they run some giveaways here for users, I even won one of the prizes (not the main one, though).I can definitely recommend Cryptonomy, they have a great loyalty system and plenty of bonuses for customers as well.
this is the most fraudulent company I've ever seen they even bother to pay people to post good reviews so please be careful one day your account may be a flexi account and when you want withdraw depending request is deleted and your money is now in a fixed account and judging my old other views I just read especially hot sauce you will not get back any money please don't use the service and stay away from it fully I do have proof of the pending withdrawal that was deleted from the account I still have the picture however today when I want to talk to the operator they said that my money is still fixed account yet through more channels when I click onto the website and the fixed deposit section my money doesn't register on the fixed account so in the chat they gave me a useful link to see where my money was actually being held so what kind of nonsense is this where you have two ways on checking your money one way says that your money is not there and the other says it's there what's going on please don't use the service it is the most fraudulent and most deceitful service
