On nov 16th 2024 I tried to withdrawal 10 sol and 800 xrp from my flexible staking.i had 3000 and 50 sol on flexible and 15 sol on fixed maturing on Dec 3rd 2024. My withdrawal my exchange showed pending when I went to bed. I checked my exchange in the morning and nothing came through. I logged into cryptonomy and was stunned to see not only my pending withdrawal was gone but ALL of my flexible staking was now locked up in a fixed staking contract that doesn't mature until Nov 2025!! This was done at 0811 am UK time. Which is 12:11am my time. I was asleep when this happened. Cryptonomy says that I authorized the contracts which is a lie! Also my 15 sol that matured on Dec 3rd has still not been released to my wallet. It's now Feb 17th and still nothing but excuses from them. Protect your funds and stay away from cryptonomy at all costs. I received a reply from cryptonomy and I chatted with the support team and gave them the case number. They said that they found no problems. But when I told them to check the transaction record for nov 16th 2024 at 0811 am uk time. I told him that there are two identical transaction numbers( which they said is impossible) . Now they are accusing me of manipulation of the transaction records. Which is CRAZY. This is why I recommend that nobody use cryptonomy of risk loosing your crypto. I have all the screenshots for the chat and the transaction records. New update. I have sent an email to the finance department including some of the screenshots including identical transaction numbers on the hack/ fraud. They refuse to look at it, telling me that I have manipulated the information. The problem is that I'm not a master hacker. I'm a truck driver from Canada. This company is not where you should invest your hard earned money. In my opinion. Still don't have my fixed staking that matured on Dec 3rd 2024. New update. It's March 5th 2025 and my fixed staking that I did do. Matured on Dec 3rd 2024 and has not been released yet. Just more excuses from cryptonomy. I wish I could post some of the chat screenshots and people would be shocked at how I am treated by cryptonomy.
Similar to what others have said being near impossible to withdraw funds. Transferred assets from flex to wallet, then wallet to external wallet to withdraw. Two days later I log in to see they were moved to fixed instead. Tried to get chat support and told it's impossible and that I must've done it. Definitely NOT so. Now told, I can't get my funds out of fixed until the period is up which is a year from now. I didn't put them in there!Also had some BTC in a fixed account for 6 months. It’s been nearly 8 months now and no way to get them out. Told it will take between 5 and 90 days and I'll be notified. Whaaaat???Oh, and the support email address support at cryptonomy dot finance is no good. Gets returned undeliverable. So does support at cryptonomy dot fi (their new domain).Not happy at all!
Everyone talks about contract delays, but I can tell you that time you wait is 100% worth it. You just need to wait another 10-20 days. It's not that much. Cryptonomy are not scammers and they even pay you extra money for waiting. The platform is still one of the most profitable I have used and I recommend it to everyone.
Staking crypto. Yes, the APYs are good, and I would have said everything worked perfectly before. But now, contracts are getting delayed, and I don't know for how long this will last. Mine was delayed for 15 days. And nowhere is it mentioned that this could happen, which is a bit concerning.On a positive note, support is really good here, they have paid attention to it. First of all, real people, not bots, respond to your messages, and they reply within 15 minutes (I've never waited longer). Because of this, all problems can be resolved quite quickly.I believe it can only get better, it's not perfect, but it's reliable and trustworthy. It pays and doesn't scam users.
super unhappy with this Prop firm. On some occasions, ongoing operations with TP and SL have reached TP and the orders are not closed!! I made videos and they still devalued my dissatisfaction. Today this rubbish Prop firm made me even more nervous, where there was a bank where I could lose a maximum of 200 dollars a day, I lost 187 dollars and they blocked my account, saying it was over 200 dollars. Sadness. Tired of these thieves, it's all about stealing.I hope they can do better like other firm like -ressu ,they are so consistent with payouts
Cryptonomy is a scam . Don’t listen to 2-3 weeks contract delay mine has been over the 60 days . These guys are not in any hurry to return your funds . Anyone saying they are a good company areEither getting paid or areCrooks themselves . They are going to be investigated for sure in the near future . STAY AWAY FROM CRYPTONOMY !!!
I was surprised by the high rates, just like many others. But after making my first profit and successfully withdrawing it, the platform earned my trust. It's been over a year now, and it has never let me down. It's great to see a platform that operates fairly.
In my opinion, the retention of my funds after the fixed term have been expired on the 22nd December, it seems to be on purpose.I was told to wait until March (90 days), I had signed a 3 month fixed term at 6% return, If I had signed a 6 month fixed term, it would had been at 20%, I think you can seen where I am going with this, where are the rest 14% missing, where are they going to?Isn't this criminal? I am still earning returns but only at 6%.Definitely your business relationship is damage beyond repair.Surely if anything happens to my funds, a crime fraud report it will be done in the 3 mayor crime agencies, I encourage others to do the same if you feel passion about it.No ethics in business.
