Scammed me out of $250. Beware BEWARE!

Paid $250 for a gift card. Sent it with ETH within 5 seconds and it was confirmed within 2 mins. Their system never seen it. I emailed them back and forth several times and was told they couldn’t locate the payment. I sent more proof and screenshots, they finally found it. Said they’d refund me… and they have not. So I’m out $250. I’ve used bitrefill many times with ZERO issues, I thought I’d give these guys a try and give them some of my business. Pretty bad first experience! Looks like I’ll just stick to other sites that don’t HOLD MY MONEY HOSTAGE. Will update this review if they ever decide to make it right, til then you should keep your money where it’s safe!

I purchased an Apple gift card for the se oh the last day we’ve spent in Dubai. I received the order but could not use the gift cards in the Apple Store due to the following error:Card Authorization DeclinedAsk the customer for another form of payment. Do not manually override or accept a phone authorization from the Customer.I have reached out waiting for a refund since I am not able to use the gift cards anymore.****edit***I have contacted Apple in the meantime who confirmed the validity of the gift cards. However, they have not been able to advise the cause of the error in the Apple Store and since the gift cards haven't been purchased from Apple directly I am not able to request a refund from them. So despite me seeing the problem with Apple since they didn't accept the valid Apple Gift cards, I have to ask cryptorefills to issue a courtesy refund since I have left the eligible region.
