I waited months for these items. While I kept some, the others were not close to my size. I attempted to return the smaller ones but got no response. This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I've had. I shouldn't have to struggle with a straightforward return or exchange process. Although the items online seem appealing, unfortunately, half of them are poorly constructed.

The blouse I ordered took weeks to arrive. When it finally did, I couldn't try it on because the button holes were too small. Now I have a blouse that isn't wearable. I contacted a third-party service for help, but they just referred me back to the original seller and created a $45 account that I had to maintain for a month before canceling. The seller claimed the small button holes were not a defect, but I disagree. I should receive a full refund, yet they want to negotiate the amount. I will not be buying from them again and suggest others avoid them.
The dress I ordered looked very different from the photo online. The fabric was cheap and thin, and the fit was baggy. They offer no return instructions on their site, forcing you to go through a third-party service that charges for returns. I won't be proceeding with this purchase.
