Absolutely horrible. The system goes down on it's own, promises to fox don't come about, even the basic stuff like getting sales report is a nightmare... This is all designed to frustrate the users. They'll make all the excuses to keep dilly dallying... don;t go near them or you'll loose your sanity.

They ARE the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They take absolutely no accountability for anything! Not even their assigned drivers turning up 2 hours late or stealing food! Yes! Their drivers collect the food and don’t deliver it ! Then switch their trackers off!!! Crazy! FUSION MY BUSINESS, will promise a refund that we never see. All there workers just about speak English and don’t understand A wind of spoken English ! I’ve asked for my domain back months ago, so we can move to another company but they keep coming up with various excuses why it can’t be done now!! .. their manger is in a meeting, off today, coming in 10mins.. the lies are endless!!! Absolutely useless company ! I’ve complained every single day since we joined them at the beginning of this year. We literally have bad Google reviews becuse of our delivery times of 2hours!!! This is my second bad review and they still won’t return my domain so we can work with another company! HONESTLY! STAY AWAY. I don’t understand how they are still in business! They are as useless as a chocolate kettle !
Very bad customer service this company is scammer never get anything from them they would misguided you you would regret it got till from them I was not happy for software issue they stopped replying me they even stopped answering me this is ridiculous
